Welcome to Sane in City — a little space I created to document my wellness journey, and maybe, in the process, connect with others figuring out life, just like me. 

I’m 28 years old, originally from Hong Kong, and moved to Vancouver, Canada in 2023. The move brought a lot of change — new routines, new challenges, and new chances to grow. By day, I work in project management, mostly in tech and education programs. But outside of work, I’m constantly exploring what it means to live well — mentally, physically, and emotionally.
